Everything starts in our London studio, where our brains buzz with playful ideas (powered by endless cups of tea).

Do you have a minimum order value?
Nope. We can't split packs, but our pack sizes are intentionally small. Order as little as one pack for easy top ups - first order or reorder, there's no minimum value. Free UK shipping kicks in at £250
What are your margins like?
RRP is set at 2.4× trade price on every line. We don't flex it for volume, and we don't allow Amazon or marketplace sellers undercut you!
How quickly do orders ship?
UK orders ship from our London warehouse in 24-48h; US orders from our US warehouse in Maryland in 24–48h. We send tracking the moment it leaves the door.
Do you offer Net 30?
Yes, after your second paid order. Apply during checkout or ask the trade team and we'll send the paperwork.

How do I get a counter-top display?
Most of our products come pre-packed in countertop display units for easy and effective merchandising.
Can I sell on Amazon / Etsy / marketplaces?
No. We protect bricks-and-mortar pricing by restricting marketplace resale. Your own website is fine.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to 47 countries from our two warehouses. EU and ROW orders go duty-paid where we can; we'll quote at checkout otherwise.
Can I get a printed catalogue?
We'd be happy to get a catalogue out to you! Once you've registered, please get in touch and we'll get that sorted for you
