If you’re a brick and mortar shop, or e-commerce we’d love to hear from you. We do require a business address, and, if you’re exclusively online, we will need some further information in order to set up your account.
Our products cannot be sold on Amazon, Ebay or Etsy. We currently do not accept dropshipping our products. Our product’s pricing should match our RRP, unless this item has been chosen for a short term sale.
Please note that it can take up to 1-2 working days for us to approve your account.
We only consider offering exclusivity in very special situations. Please contact us at trade@pikkii.com if you are interested in learning more.
If you have previously ordered with us through Faire, please be aware that Faire Protection only applies to orders placed on Faire. We cannot guarantee exclusivity outside of Faire.
Placing Orders
You can order directly from this site. Simply add the product packs to your basket and go to the checkout to view your shipping costs. Once you’ve placed your first order with us, you will be assigned an Account Manager. If you ever run into any issues, please contact your account manager as soon as possible.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us straight away to see if we’re able to do so. For orders placed over 24 hours ago, we will not be able to make any amendments.
If you are shipping with your own freight forwarding company, we require you to contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed to make changes to your order.
Once packed, we cannot make changes to your order.
We have no minimum order! However, we only sell in pack sizes. Our pack sizes vary in quantity based on the weight, dimensions and RRP of the product. Our standard pack sizes are 6, 10, 12 and 30, depending on SKU. You can check the pack sizes on the product listing.
We are unable to split pack sizes.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and are at cost price. If you think our shipping costs could be more competitive, we can accommodate collection via your freight company of choice, please contact your account manager for more details.
All UK orders below £250 (excluding VAT) will be charged £10 delivery. Free delivery will be applied for orders over £250.
All new customers will automatically hold accounts on a Pro-forma basis. All existing customer accounts will be set up with their current payment terms.
Customers with a credit account will be able to checkout without payment and an invoice will be auto-generated by our team following your order dispatch, to be paid within your agreed terms.
Customers can apply for 30-day credit terms with our factoring company, Red Flag Alert. You can do this by contacting accounts@pikkii.com. Please note, the decision to approve credit is made by our factoring company; we cannot influence this and if your account is not approved, we are unable to offer credit terms on any other basis.
Our prices are in GBP. For businesses based outside of the UK, invoices will be raised in GBP and payments for orders must be made in GBP.
Packing, Delivery And Returns
Our pack sizes vary in quantity based on the weight, dimensions and RRP of the product. Our standard pack sizes are 6, 10, 12 and 30, depending on SKU. You can check the pack sizes and dimensions on the product listing.
We currently aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 days. For orders that require pallets, we estimate that it will take 4-6 days to process your order.
During peak times, it may take longer to process orders.
All of our UK orders are shipped with DPD next day.
Our International shipments are shipped with Fedex. This can take up to 7 days during peak season.
If you require special delivery requirements, please select the delivery method ‘Own Courier Collection’ at the checkout and drop us an email at trade@pikkii.com. We will be happy to advise and assist.
If you require special labelling or packing requirements, please contact us here trade@pikkii.com. Please let us know as many details as possible so that we can provide you with an accurate quote for additional fees.
If you’re unhappy with your order, or if there were issues with your delivery, please reach out to your account manager or trade@pikkii.com within 14 days of delivery. Please provide us with your order number, details and any photos of the issue.
If you have specific delivery requirements, such as booking in times, we would ask that you send these details over at the time of placing the order. As smaller orders can be processed quickly, we would need as much advance warning as possible. Please contact trade@pikkii.com with any requirements you have.
Product Information
Out of stock items will be clearly labelled as ‘out of stock’. This is an automatic label based on our warehouse stock.
If the item out of stock is currently in production, or in transit to our warehouse, there will be a restock date and an option to pre-order. One of the sales team will then be in touch to let you know when you can expect your order.
If you notice something out of stock that would do well for your store, please let us know and we will help to provide you with a timeline for incoming stock.
We work really hard to minimise our environmental impact by using sustainable materials & plastic-free packaging wherever possible.
We have set goals as a company to ensure that we reduce our global environmental impact. Our goals include:
- Reducing the number of bulk shipments by consolidating our stock prior to shipment. This might cause some small stock in delays, but ultimately, it reduces the CO2 produced from freight shipping
- Sell, don’t bin. Each year companies over order on millions of products to ensure that they don’t run out of stock, however, lots of these goods end up getting thrown out to landfill or burnt. We don’t do this. We produce smaller quantities in order to avoid this from occurring.
- No virgin plastic in any of our products. We currently have to use plastic packaging to protect some of our goods from humidity damage. But we’re committed to sourcing recycled, or biodegradable, plastics if we cannot avoid using them in productions
- We are constantly looking for feedback. One of our independent retailers pointed out that our older packaging was laminated, which looked great, but contained plastic. We’ve since improved, and now we’re using a water based varnish that has the same premium feel, without the plastic
- Make it last forever. Where possible, we want our customers to know that when they purchase from us, they’re purchasing a product that will last years, not weeks. But if they no longer want their item, we do want to ensure that it can be recycled, or reused.
- Strive for more. We don’t want to just be waiting on feedback from our customers, we are actively looking for ways to improve.
During the process of creating new products for Pikkii, we discuss all of the issues above to ensure that we’re on track to being as sustainable as we can be.
But our environmental impact is just one of the things we work hard to consider when manufacturing our products. We also work with trusted suppliers committed to ethical and sustainable trade. We’ve spent over 10 years fostering and building relationships with our suppliers. Our factories and goods go through strict auditing and testing procedures. We also have an ethical checklist that we ask all of our suppliers to conform to, and we won’t work with any new suppliers that don’t meet these standards.
